For your convenience, this bill may be paid in person or at our office, by return mail, or at the afterhour's night deposit. If paying on or before the 20th, this bill may be paid at the following banks: CB&S, First Farmers, First State, or First Commerce Bank.
In person, at the office. MCBPU offers the convenience of a drive-thru window and a night deposit.
Our office accepts cash, checks, and money orders. Checks are payable to MCBPU. Please do not send cash via mail.
We DO NOT accept credit cards, debit cards, or payments by phone.
MCBPU does not charge a fee for this service. To sign up print the Automatic Bank Draft Form. Date and sign the form. Mail the Bank Draft form along with a voided check to:

Once the form is received and processed, your account will then be automatically drafted on your scheduled due date each month. You will still receive a bill letting you know how much will be drafted from your account on the due date. Make sure that your statement says "MEMO DO NOT PAY". This will ensure that everything has been processed.
If you currently use an online bank, please allow at least five to seven business days for your payment to reach our office through the mail.
